Resourcing

ZeaEx Ltd provides development resources to initiatives on two dimensions. The first is the development and taking to market a product or service specific innovation. The second is funding existing or new companies possessing a business concept, product or service that is considered to have sustainable worth, into a viable venture.

ZeaEx Ltd resources are skill and/or financial. Skills are drawn from within the ZeaEx's team OR are seconded experts in a specific field for which an initiative is intended. Financial resources are a project specific combination of one or all of the following:

ZeaEx shareholder’s funds
Returns from current ZeaEx investments
New capital raised on a project specific basis
Joint ventures either individually or as a combination of:
- Significant industry interests
- Government

JV funding enables any risk by ZeaEx to be underwritten to a greater or lesser extent by a third party. This enables higher cost and return initiatives to be engaged in with a lower relative risk. Furthermore, through ZeaEx being aligned with both industry and government keeps ZeaEx “in-the-loop” with respect to any developments and/or needs of commercial interest emerging from these centres.
