Robert Andrew McMahon McNeilly - Managing Director, Chairman of the Board

Mr. McNeilly holds a B.A. and L.L.B. from the University of Alberta, Canada. He was for 31 years an active member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta. During that time he acted as corporate counsel for various companies involved in mining, oil and gas, technologies, services and for companies listed on various exchanges around the world. He is a citizen of Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom.












Greg Thomas Fairbrother – Director

Mr. Fairbrother is a Head Programmer for Macroworks Pty Limited, a business located in Queensland, Australia. He started Trinity Technologies which was sold to a third party in 1995. He was a co-founder of Educorp Software. In 2002, he joined Macroworks where he has been heavily involved in the creation of 25 educational based CD programs including Hunter Calder’s, Phonics first and Reading Freedom Series. Mr. Fairbrother brings to ZeaEx Ltd an extensive knowledge of Educational Software Programming and related computer skills. Mr. Fairbrother is a resident of Queensland, Australia.











Tim Donald Fairbrother – Director

Mr. Fairbrother has extensive knowledge of Visual Basic, Flash (Action Script) and Macromedia Director (Lingo) computer languages. He additionally has mastered HTML, Php, Mysql, Javascript, Python and Ruby on Rails web languages. His skills include server knowledge of the Linux operating system. He has been involved as an independent contractor on many database applications such as accommodation and booking software, telemarketing script software, shopping carts, web galleries and CMS applications for modifying website content and social content websites. Mr. Fairbrother brings to ZeaEx Ltd extensive computer programming skills. Mr. Fairbrother is a resident of Queensland, Australia.






Roger Twinn BA (Hons) - Director

Roger was born in the UK and attended High School in Essex. He then studied at Southend Polytechnic. He has spent the last 35 years in advertising and book publishing business in the UK, Australia, Canada, US and Italy. His specialisation has been in medical and educational publications along with fashion direct mail.

Roger¹s business experience includes; Readers Digest Special Books, RCA Records, Children¹s Books, Healthy Housing, Tomorrow¹s Health & Future Workforce for South Auckland Health DHB.

He has additionally participated on School Board Of Trustees, The Bays Community Housing Trust and holds a certificate in Youth Ministry.

He is a recipient of the NBL British Book Design and Production Award (Exhibited in London and Frankfurt) and also The City and Guilds of London Institute Certificate in Computer Literacy and Programming.

Presently, he also holds the positions of Creative director for Trinity Advertising Ltd and Art Director for Twinn Image Ltd.

He has been a resident of New Zealand since 1986.
